The summer has been quite a blast, from a night out at The Spa at Braircliff, to an evening with our team at MAC cosmetics, and getting ready for our trip to New York to get hands on training at Deva Curl institute.
I hope all of you have had a good summer. We will be adding another team member, her name is Esther, and she has been in the industry for a while. We are pleased to add her to our team.
Nicole, our Salon Coordinator, will start college in August at Penn Valley, as well as keeping her full time position at SFB.
We also proud to announce our owner, Renee Cegelis, is now the Vice President of the board of Accessible Arts, a non-profit organization which allows children with disabilities to express themselves through art. So you may see some artwork throughout the salon for sale by the children in the organization. 100% of the profits will go back to the organization. Keep in mind that these gifts (pens, cards, wine stoppers) make great gifts for people.
